This voucher can be used as payment for any service offered at the Remedial Room as per those listed on www.remedialroom.com

Voucher cannot be redeemed as cash.

In the event that the service/s booked is greater than the voucher amount, the difference must be paid upon checkout via cash or card payment.

There is an expiry date of 5 years from the date of purchase on all vouchers.

Appointments may be made via the booking platform of the website. Please note the voucher number in the notes section when scheduling your appointment online. Alternatively you may wish to contact us directly to make your appointment. Our email is karen@remedialroom.com or 085 275 4569.

All appointments will be confirmed via a confirmation email. Reminders are sent 48 hours in advance of appointment.

Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 20% of the scheduled treatment value.

Failure to show for your appointment with no prior notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled treatment value.
