This treatment utilises a range of therapeutic modalities which will be discussed and decided upon following consultation with the client. Massage and soft tissue work will be used to soften tight and tense muscle groups whilst cupping is offered to promote blood flow and and shorter recovery time. Your therapist will also include dry needling in this session if the client is suffering from active trigger points, nerve pain or inflammation. The 45 minute combination treatment is our most popular back and shoulder package or clients wishing to focus on one specific area of injury or discomfort. A 90 minute session is also available for those looking for head to toe attention. 

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternate medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create a heavy suction. Cupping can be used for many purposes, including to help with pain and discomfort, limited mobility, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and also as a type of deep-tissue massage. When this therapy is used in conjunction with massage and other therapeutic techniques it has a very powerful effect on the body.
